Lesson: why 90% of traders fail to succeed

I was watching Jeremy’s Farm on Sunday evening.

It’s a series about a famous media personality who brought a farm and is trying to turn it profitable.

The show takes you through all the struggles that farmers face.

As I was watching, there was this scene of a cow giving birth.

It was quite spectacular.

But behind the beauty of mother nature, I was reminded of an important lesson as to why most traders never succeed.

This new calf was born into a particular environment.

A fenced cage no bigger than 6 meters squared.

The first thing it ever knew was its limitations, this calf had no idea of a different life outside of the cage.

It thinks the cage is normal and all there is to life.

Most traders are like this calf.

They’re limited and struggle to build profitability because of the environment they create for themselves.

What I am trying to get you to understand from this email is that your environment shapes your lifestyle.

Your environment either creates limitations or helps you grow.

If you aren’t seeing the results you want from trading then it’s because you’re limiting yourself due to your environment.

You’re failing to seek the right knowledge and guidance which will help you to progress and succeed as a trader.

If you want to see results in your trading, then you need to change your environment.

Here’s what I suggest you do to change your environment.

So that you can remove your own limitations, grow and succeed as a trader.

Consider booking a free discovery call with me to see if you’d be a good fit for the 12 Week Blueprint.

Or continue to expand your knowledge.

Seek out new information that can help you improve.

Create the type of environment for yourself which will allow you to remove the limitations in your trading.

You do this by reading new books, watching podcasts, studying successful traders, networking and by studying your own actions, developing self awareness.

If you keep doing the same things day in and day out, you will continue to have the same results.

So, analyse the current actions you're taking on a day to day basis.

What type of environment are you creating for yourself?

Profitable traders create an environment that allows them to continue to grow and improve each day.

I'll catch you in Thursday's email,

Lawrence 'change your environment to change the results you're currently getting'.
